Water damage?

I was cleaning my 01 7.3 liter at the car wash with some spray engine degreaser, rinsed it with the spot free hose and now I can't seem to get any power to the engine, plus it's idling SUPER rough and will sometimes just die!! My battery lite and oil lite stay on after the glow plug lite goes out but the batteries are brand new and it's not due for an oil change for another 2500 miles!! Water in some electrics maybe? HELP!!

check your fuses maybe, did you spray directly at the drivers side corner? throw any codes?

I checked all my fuses, they're dry, gonna try to unplug everything and shake out the plugs, might have gotten some of those wet. Thanks for the suggestion!
