99 7.3 Running out of ideas

I picked up an early 99 F250 the other day that had a bad turbo and and various other missing parts.. Had an 01 F250 that ive been using for a parts pickup that i used the the turbo and intake off of.. pickup will start and run fine for about 30 min then it will start to almost miss until it will finally die.. if you let it sit for awhile it will restart.. changed cam sensor, fuel filter, and checked out all the wiring.. i do have that complete 01 motor but i heard that that can be opening a entire new can of beans.. i'm kinda thinking it might be either the hpop or injecters any ideas????

I'd check fuel pressure to start. Maybe its sucking crap up into the socks in the tank and when she sits the debris falls down allowing you to start it again.

Does it start right back up no prob? (after it sits).

which computer are you using, depending on what parts you have been swaping i believe that the newer model computers can be used on older models but not vice versa. In other words you maybe using parts for the 2001 that are calibrated or run now on an e99 computer, which i dont think you can do. Not 100% sure.
