Fuel starvation
After having a extreme power loss with the injectors rattling like crazy, I nursed her home and started trouble shooting the problem. Starting from simple to complex. I replaced the fuel filter, checked and cleaned the fuel P/U screen. with no fix. Next replaced the fuel pressure return valve (very dirty) and last but not least the fuel pump with still no results. Took a little compressed air and blew out the fuel line from the tank to the pump and she ran great for about 300 miles and then I get the cacklin noise from the injectors and then power loss. Whats up with this???
Any help would be appreciated.
