99.5 rough idle, grey smoke, leaking oil

Hello, have newley purchased 99.5 cab and chassis with some problems, please help!

Sounds like missing on one cylinder, leaking oil from bad hpop gasket (i think), did buzz test with snap on modis, no probs, but told be bad cam code, replaced pcm with another, still runs like crap.

Any ideas???

Will a bad or leaking hpop cause this problem or could it be in one of my heads??
