INTERCOOLER QUESTION

OK, 99 7.3. i FINALLY DECIDED TO CHANGE OUT MY STEERING BOX, So while I'm doing all that i notice oil residue around the alum. tubes going into the intercooler, So i took them off and noticed about 2 teapoons of oil on the intercooler side and the intake on top. Is this a need to worry, Not burning oil and rarely have to add. Normal? So i cleaned both tubes and will re-install this weekend after i replace my steering box. Its only got 220k on the motor.

I think this is normal. If you do the CCV mod it will help stop this.
