Have Youtube Video of Engine sound from a friend. After listening to it what do you think it is? Im thinking maybe the bearing on the pully is going out?

tensioner or idler pulley. never had one go out on my truck but thats what my explorer sounded like when the idler pulley was going out

Just had the same problem. Changed the Idler Pulley, that wasn't it, changed the tension pulley's, that wasn't it. Changed the belt. That was it.

WOW, sounds just like mine. Was told flywheel and can not find anything wrong with the flywheel and hate to spend 150. bucks and end up being the TC.
Any way to check the TC without cutting it in half??? Found an aftermarket converter just hate to spend the money without knowing for sure. Sure don't thinks it has anything to do with pullies, the sound is coming from the lower rear section, not front upper. |

that is harsh, I would be surprised if it was a idler or water pump or something like that.

I would take the belt off and start it for few seconds, if the noise is gone its a bearing on any of the above mentioned items. if the noise is still there torque converter or tranny.
