Blown Fuse?

Its cold here...Went to start truck this morning, GP came on, wait to start light on, turned the key and then nothing. No lights on the dash, radio, etc.

A relay keeps ticking when the door is open(looking at fuse box it is in the top left corner). When I pull that relay, the ticking stops.

Did I just blow a fuse? A relay? Any help would be appreciated.

00 automatic

I didn't have time to diagnose it this morning.
