Icp Changed but still won't stay running

I just replaced the icp because the truck was running funny and throwing icp codes, here are all the ones I got before the icp, P1139 P1209 P1211 P1212 P1670, but the truck would stay running after 5 or 6 tries, I got a new icp and put it in, and I still got a icp uncontrollable code p1211, and a p0603 KAM code but I think that's because I replaced the starter and had the battery off... Side not (6th starter in this truck 2 motorcraft 4 orielys), I replaced the icp hoping this was the problem because the icp was covered in oil, something else I noticed was that the icp sensors have a different height to them, both have the same plug tho. Main problem now is the truck will not stay running, it will start up idle super smooth 1000 times better but starts to sputter as soon as the ebpv starts to work... Please help me this is my daily driver
