help oil pressure question

Won't start....reading 3000 psi on right bank reading 2700psi at start up ...does this seem high? What should it be at cranking

I don't know what it should be at cranking. but Absolute minimum Oil Pressure at idle is 10psi. Average pressure is 25psi. Normal operating Pressure is around 50psi. no lower then 40psi. and no higher then 75psi.
