loosing boost

i have a 2003 7.3L with DIY intake, 4" exhaust, pre-pump filter, gauges, exhaust brake, hypertech e-con. the problem is today when getting on hiway i put my foot into it and started to then lost my boost and started missing bad and eratic shifting. i researched the threads and came to the belief that it was the programer, turned it back to stock and the problems went away. contacted hypertech and they said it was my truck and not there programer. it also threw codes 1211 & 1249. i never had these codes or problems before programer was installed 1 month ago.

any ideas? thanks

The Bus, We remember talking to you today and we were transfering you to our head tech and we lost communication. When you call us back ask for extension 1440. The two boost codes you are getting I have seen many times on a factory vehicle with the mods you have done. I can't explain why you would lose boost and it would miss. Our tech number is 800-532-3351

put truck back to stock, drove it for about 80mi. yesterday with no problems. today i checked codes before i re-installed program and got 0603, was told that that comes up when you switch programs, re-installed program, drove around abit, ran great just like before when i ran program pulled codes again and got 0603 (changed back) and 1249 (wastegate) but truck built boost strong and no miss. when all this started 2days ago it had been below zero for 3 days and 20 below the night before, when i pulled codes right after the prob started i also got a 1211 which i'm thinking it might have been caused by gelled fuel. i had this prob a few years ago and now that my memory comes back it may have acted somewhat the same. i don't worry about it throwing codes as long as it does'nt hurt the motor or effect the performance
