99' Running poor, hard to start

So to start of with she has been starting harder and harder the last month or so. It normaly fires within 3-4 secounds and was taking maybe 10-15 to start after about 3 weeks.Even if it was plugges in with the block heater even if she was hot from driving around for a hour. Then She started to run a little rough.

Got so you could feel it miss pretty much though entire throttle range.Totally died and would not satat when I was trying to diagnous the problem. Got it started after a hour wait. Had to pump the throttle and put it in 4 low to get it up a small hill to my garage. Then started running better but with the small misfire still. At one point for about 5 minutes during the test drive to see what was wroung It ran perfect and had no miss , then started miising agaim.
Checked oil and it was low so added it.Checked HPOP and it is withina inch of the top of the ressy. replaced CPS today no change.
