stall and now no start

hey guys its about -30 c here today and i went out fired up the truck to let it warm up, started no problem and sounded great, about half hour later i went out and she had stalled. turn the key off and tried to start and wouldnt go, first thing i noticed is that the wait to start light didnt show up. so i opened the hood and starting looking around, found the the oil was below the safe line, so i filled it back up, thought maybe that was why it stalled but still wouldnt go, noticed the gpr was cracked so i replaced that. no difference. i dont know what to check next, any ideas ???
