2002 f350 4x4 drw 7.3l starting issue

I recently bought my 2002 f350 powerstroke its got 150k miles on it, when I got it it was fine, now that its cold outside it wont start unless its pull started. I had new glow plugs, under the valve cover harnesses and gaskets put in it this past week and it still is extremely hard to start. They tested my gpr and said its fine. Any ideas as to what the problem could be would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, DeWayne.

My '01 is doing the same thing. Showed all the signs of a GPR issues, just swapped it out and still rough at start-up. The wait to start light on mine is staying on for a "full" cycle even after truck is warm, is yours doing this as well?

No lights on when running, just hard to start. Plugging it up doesnt help either. I dont understand what the problem could be. It runs very strong when you can get it started. Mainly the first start of the day is the worst, once fired off it will start all day afterwards unless it sits for 5 or so hours. Thanks for any comments on this issue.

Is it an slow-electrical start or a no-fire start?

It could be your fuel... D1 or D2, and are you using an anti-gel?

Unsure what you mean by slow electrical start, but it will try to hit after three or four cycles of the glow plugs as long as you are cranking on it, it just wont take the rest of the way off it you know what I mean. And yes I am using a fuel anti-gel additive.
