00 7.3 shakes in overdrive when cold

My 00 7.3 will shake pretty badly once it kicks into overdrive after its been sitting for a while (over night). After the truck warms up a minute it runs smooth as can be. The only mod is an open air filter. No tuners or chips. Any suggestions or ideas. Its not been doing this long, just started.

my truck is doing the same thing. for me its the 7th injector.

Just had same problems @ low rpm and in overdrive especially. Took it in and just like others said Injector problems! I just told my heartbreaking story on here in this section. Hope you dont have to go through the same things.
