Slightly rough idle after injector install....

I just replaced my #3 injector and i have to say its not all that bad of a job. It took a while to get started again and it finally fired. It ran really rough for a few minutes then it smoothed out a little. Well I havent drove it around too much so im just wondering how long I could expect for it to smooth back out completely? Also there is a little tick now, could that just be because of the air in the system still?

Drive it hard to get all the air out. It should take 50 miles or so and several starts to make it go away.

Had to rebuild the motor on this bullet proof truck. But I'm glad I did.
