EBPV problems

so im having EBPV problems, and im wondering how i pull the solenoid off, and ive been reading about people having plugged lines, now where is this line at and how do i check it?

The sensor is right on the front of the motor and is attached to a tube that runs down to the passenger side. Unbolt the sensor and the tube, clean both and check for any holes or cracks. Re-assemble and hook up a scanner to monitor exhaust back pressure.
