Question EBPV problems

so im having EBPV problems, and im wondering how i pull the solenoid off, and ive been reading about people having plugged lines, now where is this line at and how do i check it?

2/03 f250 lariat 6.0 4door short bed 4x4 offroad pkg, stage 2 turbo, 4" turbo back exhaust, afe stage2 intake, sct with innovative tunes, isspro fuel pressure, pyro, trans temp, boost, firestone airbags, arp head studs and egr delete

The sensor is right on the front of the motor and is attached to a tube that runs down to the passenger side. Unbolt the sensor and the tube, clean both and check for any holes or cracks. Re-assemble and hook up a scanner to monitor exhaust back pressure.
