turbo problems

I'll put up a link to my old post but I had the oil leaking out right at the exhaust on my old turbo so i bought a used one and it seemed to work fine for about a week and now its doing the same thing. Is there something that could be making that seal go out on the turbos or did i just buy a bad turbo.

i was thinking about it and thinking the oil might be getting pressurized and blowing out that seal. I was wanting to know if there is a way to test this or if i just need to rebuild the turbo i have

if i broke a ring and was having a lot of blow by could that make the oil system pressurize and blow out that seal
