engine code

i went out and started my truck and moved it out of the garage and i noticed the engine light was on,well i shut the truck off to do some things in the garage and when i went to start it back up it wouldnt start just cranked,so i scanned the truck for engine codes and it gave me p1211 and p1280.
my question is what are they and how do i fix them?
my truck is a 03 7.3 with 54000 miles

i do have the edge juice w/attitude on my truck thats been on there for about 4yrs,i let the truck sit for a while and it started up but the engine light is still on and stays on even when you just turn the key to the on position.
it will not clear the engine light.
it now is just giving me the p1280 which is the icp sensor, there is no oil in the plug.
the truck starts up and idles fine and takes fuel good, but im afraid to drive it anywhere because im afraid it will leave me stranded.
this is the first problem ive had with this truck.
any ideas?

thanks in advance

if it is the ICP it will probably shut down once it warms up so it is better that you do not drive it far from the house.

I think the 0603 code is for the programmer that you have attached.
