need reman stat!!!

i have an 01 7.3 need an engine and ive been told multiple times that its not worth rebuilding so can anybody give me any help with prices and warranty ect thank you!!!

all cylinders low compression no power runs rough has a knock i dont have the numbers on the compression in front of me but a good friend of mine says 99% its just cheaper to to a reman just mainly based on the warranty and such

Hmm...

I have a block sittin in the shop with less than 1k in it, in machine work.

New pistons, bearings, seals, and rings, maybe another grand.

I doubt you'll find a reman for less than 2k.

machine work up here is not cheap and the life this thing has had it will most likely need lots and like i said im mostly paying for the warranty
