How to get my 02 powerstroke warm?

Well its just got cold here 11 degrees fahrenheit and with windchill -7 degrees. Last night i was driving my truck and could not get it to heat up. My water temp gauge staed right under that operating temp line the entire 2 hours i drove my truck.

I already put cardboard in front of my radiator but is there anything else i should look at?

Your thermostat gotta be hung open.....

My trucks heat dries your eyeballs until you can't blink anymore!
