drive gear bolt?

I'm (still) taking out my hpop and am having trouble with the drive gear bolt. How do you get it loose? I tried to use a socket but I can't seem to get the cover aside. Then I tried an open end wrench and still can't get it.

Do i use a cheater bar? I didn't want to try that til I heard some other input. thanks

Take the exhaust pressure sensor line off and the cover should come right off and you can get a short 18mm right on the bolt.

i unplugged it from the top...how do i remove the bottom part connected to the cover? just a bolt?
