E99 won't start back up once warmed up

Hey guys. Truck starts fine cold but shut it off after driving a little won't start until cooled down again. Just cranks and cranks. Batteries tested good. HPOP does not appear to have any leaks. New fuel filter and fuel pump. Alternator pushes a little low but didn't think that was an issue with good batteries. Parked on incline 3 weeks ago and fuel gauge lied. Almost ran it out of fuel. Been taking more cranking to get it started ever since cold or hot. Then other day fired that morning but not once shut off at destination. Killed batteries trying had to get it towed. I would like to check the ICP sensor but need to know where it's located. Please help. Thanks

No replys still come on guys. Need to know how to test ICPsensor,IPR,IDM. Please help I don't want to take it for repairs You guys want my kids to have Christmas presents right?
