Well, after ripping the dash out Ive come to the conclusion that its NOT a Vac leak, but a boost leak....Any help with this?

Oh and another issue I found was that the diaphragm that moved the heat selection to the VENTS is manfunctioning. The vac pump moves it about an 1/8th inch down, but thats it...If I push it with a screw driver it goes all the way down and stays, but the vac pump wont pull it down. Any help?
