strangle idle

Hey guys just got home and pulled in the driveway and the idle was ok at first then started acting up. It would fall under normal then jump up a little higher than normal then down and up and down. Then it seemed to smooth out some but still fluctuated a bit and then it started to get worse again. What could be the culprit here? Thanks in advance

Anyone got any ideas? It did it again tonight it will jump from idle to about 1000 then down to 650 or so then back up and down. Could a sticking ipr have anything to do with this or any other ideas?
