2001 f250 tapping noise

Can anyone help me I have a 2001 f250 that has started a tapping noise it sounds like a gas motor out of time it does it when it warms up its on the drivers side I had #8 injector replaced it failed the contribution test but passed the buzz test . would low fuel pressure cause noise only on one side of the motor? Thanks
