Rebuild ?????

I just picked up a 97 7.3 for my 97. The fellow said it ran fine and did not smoke. He had never modded the engine in any way. The engine according to him has 210,000 miles on it.

With that number of miles I'm struggling with whetherI should just stick it in the truck or "refresh it" to some degree. Any advice from folks with experience opening these up would be appreciated.

if it was taken care of properly its barely got goin yet. lol.

btw put on a 3" DP and maybe change GP's and other things that are easy to do with it out. otherwise i'd run it.
