NO FUEL
my friend just bought '02 F350. The fuel bowl has about 1/4INCH of fuel in the bottom. My truck has full bowl. He was low on fuel when it chugged and died. Cycled the pump a about 15 times. Nothing no more fuel. Any IDEAS?

try filling the bowl with fuel. that might reprime it better
