01 7.3 was running , now wont start

I have a 2001 7.3 dually listed for sale here . It just cranks , wont start . No smoke , not even trying to fire . Is this going to be a cps or something else ? Batteries are brand new . It cranks fast just wont fire . Oh yea , it seems to be getting fuel , bowl fills up . No blown fuses either .

Hahaha , but NO . I am smarter than that . At least I hope I am . I might add the truck had been sitting about 4 months before I got it . Don't know if it matters . I am thinking cps too , it still has the black one ( it will get another black one too . )
