turbo leak pedestal o-rings maybe?

I have a leak underneath my turbo. my orange hoses are oily, I was wondering what the odds of this being my turbo pedestal o-rings are bad or is my turbo leaking internally? And how big of a pin in the but is it to change the o-rings on the pedestal. I really can see crap with all the other stuff in the way.

Also the oil puddles up in the galley below the turbo and runs down the back of my block but i have not noticed any loss of power.
