7.3l check engine light

I have a 2000 f250 7.3 and a couple of times I have started my truck and started to drive forward and it dies and the check engine light comes on. but then if i start it up again it's fine. This has only happened about twice within the last month and a half.

Does it sound like anything to worry about?
