02 E350 Still will not start

Alright... 2002 E350. It was parked at the end of winter. Now it will not start. I replaced both batteries and the starter, new gray CPS, fuel filter, and GPR. I checked the HPOP level and it is good. Got a scan tool and did an injector buzz. I got one code p1277. Then a few days later p1273 also. The fuel pump is suppling pressure to the port on the back of the head. There are no blown fuses. The wait to start does come on. Tryed unpluging the ICP. Getting some smoke while cranking. It cranks over good. I pulled the IDM and it appears to be good. Nothing raddling in it. What am i missing???

since the two codes are for injectors on the same side, i would pull the valve cover and check the connector at the valve cover gasket. these have problems with them backing out and they make retainers to secure the connection.
