'00 F250 not starting

Hello group! I read alot of threads on my issue. It would run fine then stall intermittently getting worse until it now does not start only cranks. Fuel pump changed and was not the issue also fuel filter changed and ok. checked glow plug relay ok. Since this has happened to alot of people and wondering if anyone has found the ultimate answer. WTS light comes on and batteries good. The history is like others where it would stall at a light and when it rains. Would start back up and be fine for days then happen again. Then stared doing it's thing every 5 minutes and became harder and harder to start until it won't anymore. Your advice is appreciated thanks!
