7.3 no power, no codes please help

I have an early '99 7.3, starts great cold, runs smooth but has absolutely no get up and go, extremely sluggish, doesnt use oil, throws a cyl contribution test on 2cyls but has good compression, new injectors, good turbo, up pipes are good, all intercooler boots are, good, straight exhaust. this thing is worrying me to death. Any suggestions anybody?
