Wouldn't explain the starting problem, but could your EBPV be causing the bad power when cold? I know mine sure does, and is pretty audible with exhaust and intake.

You need to fix the glow plug issue first before you try anything else. The glow plug relay (GPR) is a pretty common failure.

I agree, glowplugs first. With even a couple glowplugs out it will run like crap until it starts to warm up.

I agree. The glow plug issue needs to be addressed first. With even two glow plugs out it will run like crap until the engine starts to warm up.

do you hear the ebpv working, is there a loud whooshing, jet engine sound in the exhaust? It will cause a noticeable lack of power while cold.
