Blow by, Smoke and sludge

hows it going. i need some opinions on a issue im having. the other i looked down at dash and noticed my engine temp was up high, pulled over let her cool down coolent looked good kept driving, all was well for about 50 miles then she over heated again pulled over let her cool added 2 gals of coolent. got home to do coolent flush and t-stat and noticed that at an idle i had blue smoke coming out of exhaust and only at an idle no smoke any other time. Noticed a good amount of blow by. checked the oil and it was fine. puller dirvers side valve cover off and there was about 1/2 inch of greyish white pudding covering whole valve cover and clogging ppv. how ever there was no sludge under the valve cover on the motor. Possible i scoored some cylinders when she over heated? truck is a 03 f250 7.3 159000 miles

white sludge??? sounds like coolant in oil, and from the overheating sounds like a cracked head or at least a head gasket.. dunno why it'd get hot... cant be good.
