2000 E450 7.3 "NOT ICP" ERROR P1212 NO START

Hey Guys, I wrote "Not ICP" I meant CPS, sorry!
My error is a p1212, it says that there is less than 750 psi to the injectors!
engine will turn overbut NO start! I have been told that it is my High Preasure pump "from the symptoms".
Is there an easy way to check this?
How hard is it to change it? and is it part of the filter housing assembly?
Sorry so many questions....
