The chip probably moved on the PCM contacts when all was powered up. This can damage the chip and/or the PCM. Do you get the WTS light when you first turn key? All other lights normal? Any smoke from tail pipe? Can you hear the fuel pump running when you first turn key?

You might try removing the chip and see if it will fire. Hopefully others will be along soon.
