Think I might have a starter issue

So I went to start my truck and it acted like the battery was almost dead the first two tries and the third time it started like normal. The odd thing is that the alternator isn't charging normally now. Could the starter be causing the alternator to charge less than normal? The alternator was replaced new 2 years ago. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I should add this is the third time this has happened. Is this a starter issue or maybe PCM? Thanks!

Its going to sound stupid but have you tried cleaning the battery terminals off? I was having the same problem and did that and it took care of it no problem. Hope this helps.
