99 7.3 wont start

i have 99 f250 7.3 it wont start just puts out white smoke read the codes with my sct and this is what i got p1119,p114,p0603 thanks for any help

my 2000 7.3 does the same thing just cranks and blows whit smoke everywhere. nobody knows why
