2002 7.3 Shake at 1200 rpm's

I have a shake in my truck... It starts shaking at 1200RPM and goes away at around 16-1700. I thought this problem was because my center support bearing on driveshaft was ruined but I just replaced that bearing and the shake is still there... I have 1500lbs added to the rear end of this truck for a Repo wheel lift. The truck is shaking in Park at the same RPM's as well. What could this be...? Shakes the most going up hills, around turns, When Im towing it shakes worse. Shakes between 15-40mph.
