96 POWERSTROKE

MY 96 CRANKS BUT WONT START I HAVE FUEL , INJECTORS PASS THE BUZZ TEST AND WHEN LOOKING AT LIVE DATA I HAVE INJECTOR PULSE, I CHECKED FOR OIL PRESSURE COMING OUT OF THE HPOP AND IT SLOWLY COMES OUT WHEN I CRANK IT OVER, COULD MY IPR VALVE BE STUCK NOT ALLOWING THE HPOP TO WORK, I CHECKED THE OIL LEVEL IN THE HPOP RESERVOIR AND IT WAS FULL

do you have a wait to start light on the dash? If not, that means your PCM is not getting power. A blown fuse most likely, from the fuel bowl heater. unplug the heater(white plug on the back of the fuel bowl. replace fuse thas blown(dont know which one on an OBS) and you should get a WTS light again.
