I think my turbo is failing or have a massive leak some where... The problem is i build no more than 7 lbs of boost pressure and it makes this wierd noise. I took off all of my IC boots and checked them today underneath the oil they look brand new, also checked the turbo impellar looks fine but couldn't take the tube off between the turbo and the crank case vent... Any ideas?

Might want to check your up-pipes(look for black soot around the firewall)..if they are leaking, you wont be able to build alot of boost.

There is a grey'black tint on the fire wall so that might explain that then but would that account for the sound?

When my doughnuts were leaking,it did change the sound. Not like a normal exhaust leak..kinda on the verge of a hissing.Hard to explain the sound .
