One problem after another with Injectors

Had one injector go bad, replaced it truck still had the morning shakes. Checked the injectors again, had onother one go bad. Changed it and the wiring harness one both sides, cheap fix, right? Now the truck runs smooth in the morning if you can get the dang thing to crank. It's like we took out all the glow plugs. I just put all new glow plugs in it about a two months ago. Do you guys have any suggestions one what to do????
