Bolt Size and Length to Install Bed

I have been told that the bolts to install the pickup bed are different size and length. I was told that the stealership wants $100 for the kit. I am missing two clips and need all 8 of the bolts. Will all Ford pickup bed bolts be the same? If so will check the junk yards Monday.
If you know the size and lenght I may go another way.
