HPOP non serviceable plug replacement

I am getting ready to do a Non serviceable plug replacement on my 02 7.3 powerstroke, I will have to pull the hpop and have all the gaskets and orings to do it, but was told that I will have to have new sleeves for the fuel lines going to the fuel bowl that will have to be removed and re-installed also. Does anyone know if these fuel line sleeves are re usable or do they have to be replaced?

I changed mine simply because it was easier to cut them out rather than fight with them. Probably a better idea since they were pretty crusty.

look in your toolbox, for some 1/4 and 5/16 fuel hose.

find the one that fits best over your lines, then cut sections of it 1/4" long. Those will work fine, and yes, that is what international does when required, and will recommend it, if you aren't close to buying the real sleeves. Also, the sleeves for the EGR cooler lines on a bigger cummins engine will work too.
