what is a good priced, good quality scanner that will read codes,clear, perform buzz test and contribution tests and where do i purchase one?

also what exactily is a contribution test?

This is a "no-brainer Actually, by that I mean you've really only got one choice for a complete diagnostic tool that will perform diesel specific tests as well as read ALL the system codes (body, trans, Abs, srs, etc... )
