engine issues

Well, after changing my cps and icp sensor, my truck still isn't running right. I park on an incline and while the front end is up, it seems to run okay, but after backing into the street, it starts to want to die on me. Is it really that common for the fuel pick up to crack and do ya'll think this may be my problem? This thing is driving me nuts!
