Ya, not really from Bama a Damn Yankee, But I call Bama home now. Yes it is on the front of the resevoir, held on with 2 8mm bolts. I guess I have to drain oil and let set up for 24 hrs like the oil pan ? I hope this is the problem and not the the oil pan.

well you should be able to see it coming from the plate.i doubt its your oil pan.just go to the ford dealership and ask for the oil pan sealnt they use for the 7.3 oil pans..they will have some.its like 15 bucks.and yes you will have to drain the resivoir, there is a lil plug on top of the resivoir that will take a 1/4 inch drive ratchet.get you a 1/4 inch extention so you can get up and away from everything to get a turn on it...take it out and get you a neoprene tube and make you a pump of some sort, they have syphon pumps at a auto shop.dont forget to fill err back up when u get threw

Thanks man, after I get the leak stopped I may get in touch with you, I bought this truck used and I don't think the previous owner did anything. I had to put a tranny in it and IPC,IPR, and clean a ton of oil and dirt. Still seems to be down on power like a miss in the motor. I am leaning towards injecter seals but that is for a later date. What kind of bike do you ride and where are you located?
