New guy with an electrical issue....

Okay, so here's my problem:

I have an 01 F550. PSD, 4X4, Manual Trans. This truck used to be a service truck with an IMT body. I bought it as a cab chassis truck with the box removed.

The guy I bought it from had stripped the harness out of it for the crane controls. The crane had the ability to switch from high and low idle, start and stop the motor.

My issue is that it won't start. It cranks over fine but just won't start. It will hit on eether. I know it ran good before the harness was yanked.

I would like to jump the ECM and fuel pump and get it to fire and be able to work backward and find what the issue is. What are your thoughts? Would it be worth it to just get a different harness and swap it over? Anyone have any bright ideas?

Jeremy

I would start hunting around in junk yards to get the peices of the harness that were taken unless it wasn't factory then I would start looking for disconnected plugs or cut wires from it was spliced in at or cut out dig around a little and I'm sure the problem will present itself
