Possible Electrical Problem ?

I have a 2000 7.3,Auto, 4x4. The fuel guage stays on full all the time and the tac works sometimes, The low fuel light flashes when the tac kicks in and out. I went to start the truck the other day and it was hard to start and idled very ruff and the check engine light was on, I let it warm up about 10 min and decided to try and make it home. I had no power. All I could do was 45mph and it took several miles to get that much speed and the trans. shifted funny after about 5 miles the check engine light went off and the truck ran like a top two hours later after sitting at an idle for a few minutes the truck started missing again and the engine light came back on. I drove home and the next day the truck wouldn't start I disconected the batteries to clear codes and the truck started rite up and ran fine for a few minutes then started acting up again I let it idle and run ruff for about 10-15 min. and it lined out.I have checked all fuses, changed oil, fuel filter, air filter, injector cleaner. I just think the problen is electrical because it comes and goes on its own.
